How to report claimed copyright infringement to Feepfoop Inc.

Worth knowing first. Tide hosts no user content. It has no servers, no accounts, and no upload or sharing features — everything a person writes stays on their own device, where we cannot see it or act on it. In practice this policy applies to our website and published materials.
Our position
Feepfoop Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. We respond to clear notices of claimed copyright infringement concerning material we control, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material we publish infringes your copyright, send a written notice to frank@feepfoop.com with the subject line DMCA Notice, including all of the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail — a URL is ideal — for us to locate it.
Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within five business days.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, postal address and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of anyone who is a repeat infringer.
